FIRST TIMERS
Before Class
Remember to HYDRATE! Cycling is a high intensity exercise. Drink plenty of water before, during, and after your ride. Hydrating will help minimize effects after your ride especially if it’s your first time. We also recommend before class you eat a small snack or a light meal a few hours before class.
We provide complimentary cycling shoes, towels, and also a filtered water dispenser so all you need to bring is a water bottle, yourself, and positive energy! If you have your own cycling shoes, feel free to bring your own. Our bike pedals are SPD and LOOK Delta compatible.
Notify your instructor if you have any questions, concerns, or injuries.
During Class
Your instructor will recommend resistance and will cue and demo drills for each song.
LISTEN TO YOUR BODY! Our instructors are here to push you during class, but please work at a level that’s comfortable for you, work at your own pace, have fun, and of course, be EPIC!
